They're different services with different deliverables. The proof of concept gives you working software for one problem — it's free because it's also how we scope a project. The audit gives you a document covering your whole company: every process ranked by payback, what to fix yourself, what to build, what to leave alone. You can take that report and never speak to us again — that's a legitimate outcome, and it's why it has a price. If you do go on to build with us within 90 days, the fee comes off the development price in full.
Almost certainly. We connect to your existing systems through their interfaces, or through file exchange when no interface exists. Accounting, ERP, warehouses, document storage — if it holds your data, we can usually integrate it. During the free proof of concept we check what your systems can actually talk to, and you get the answer before you commit to anything.
Your data is processed in the EU and handled GDPR-compliantly by default. When we use AI on your documents, the models see only the data needed for the task, your documents are never used to train anyone's models, and nothing is retained beyond your project. We put all of this in writing.
No — messy is normal, and it's exactly what the free proof of concept is for. In fact, automation is an opportunity: to automate a process you first have to define it, and that cleans up the mess along the way. Step by step, processes get defined and automated — and the company benefits from that clarity long-term. Send us a real sample exactly as it is, and we'll show you where to start.
