AzureVibes s.r.o. ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website azurevibes.dev. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our website and the choices you have associated with that data.

2. What Data We Collect

Contact form and audit request form. When you contact us or request a software audit spot, we collect:

• Name — to address you correctly in our response
• Email address — to reply to your inquiry
• Company name (audit requests only) — to prepare for our conversation
• Message content — the details of your inquiry

Software audit intake form. If you take a software audit, the intake form additionally collects business information you choose to provide about your company — headcount, industry, website, the business systems and tools you use, approximate costs and document volumes, and free-text descriptions of the processes you would like reviewed. Most fields are optional.

This form saves your answers as you go, which means partial answers are stored on our servers even if you never reach the final step and never press submit. If you abandon the form and would like that partial record deleted, email us and we will remove it.

Audit calls. With your agreement, we record the audit call so that nothing is lost between the conversation and your report. You confirm this in the intake form and you may decline, in which case we take written notes instead. Recordings and transcripts are used only to produce your report.

Beyond the above we collect no personal data automatically, other than standard server logs (IP address, browser type, referring URL) retained for security purposes. See section 8 for how we measure website traffic.

3. How We Use Your Data

We use the data you submit solely to:

• Respond to your inquiry or consultation request
• Follow up on our conversation about your project
• Send you information directly related to your request

We do not use your data for profiling or automated decision-making, and we will never sell or rent your personal data to third parties. We send occasional practical notes on back-office automation only to people who explicitly opted in via the checkbox on our audit form; every such email carries an unsubscribe link.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data based on your consent, given when you submit the contact form (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), and on our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

5. Data Retention

We retain your contact data, audit intake answers, and any call recordings or transcripts for as long as necessary to handle your inquiry and any follow-up communication, or for a maximum of2 years from the date of your last contact with us. After that period, the data is permanently deleted. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

6. Third-Party Services

We rely on a small number of processors, all of which process data within the EU:

• Cloudflare — website hosting, form endpoints, and storage of audit intake answers
• Brevo — delivery of transactional and confirmation emails

These providers process your data only to deliver the service described above, and not for their own purposes. Where we use AI to process documents you send us as part of a project, the models receive only the data needed for that task, your documents are never used to train third-party models, and nothing is retained beyond your project.

7. Your Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
• Restrict or object to processing
• Data portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format
• Withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing prior to withdrawal

8. Cookies

This website sets no cookies at all — no tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, and no consent banner, because there is nothing to consent to. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar cross-site tracking tool.

To understand how many people visit which pages, we useCloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless: it records aggregate page views and does not fingerprint visitors, follow you across websites, or collect personal data. It is not loaded at all on private pages we send you by link, such as the audit intake form.

9. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, or disclosure. All data transmission via our contact form is encrypted using HTTPS.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
